◼ Prior to joining SeaKapital, Alex worked at the Hong Kong and New York offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell, a major international law firm based in New York. Alex has experience advising corporates, investment banks and funds on M&A transactions and listed companies on compliance and governance issues. 

◼ Alex obtained his bachelor’s degree in laws with first class honours from the London School of Economics, his postgraduate certificate in laws with dean’s list from City University of Hong Kong, and his master’s degree in law and finance with merit from the University of Oxford. He is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, and Hong Kong.
